CL-27 ◦ Lyre New Design Easel

The Cappelletto CL-27 is a lyre new design easel of oiled seasoned beech wood, innovative and with a patented design that employs appealing curves and ledges to further improve the stability of your canvas when in use. Compared to other products in the same range, this easel has a shaped tray and formed ledges for a more elegant and harmonious appearance with smooth and sinuous lines. Its functional improvements (the canvas is supported not only by the centre pole but also by a lateral structure) allows the professional painter to paint easily and with greater stability at the upper corners of the canvas. The base dimension are 58×68 cm (23″x27″) and the height are adjustable from 165 to 230 cm (65″-91″). The height of the double canvas tray is controlled by a metallic rack system with fixing ratchet. It can hold canvases up to 130 cm (51″) high and 4,5 cm (1,77″) thickness. A back wing nut system allows adjusting the inclination of the centre pole. Three supporting points on the floor provide stability. For this reason, the lyre new design easel is suitable for use both indoors (museums, galleries, theatres, ateliers, cinemas, conference rooms, painting workshops, schools, libraries, hotels, restaurants, bars, exhibitions) and outdoors (squares, terraces, open galleries, gardens, parks). Optimal support for paintings, canvases, posters, brochures, magazines, books, catalogues, menus, boards, handmade and artistic works. The shelf distance from the floor can vary from a minimum of 25 cm (10”) to a maximum of 96 cm (38”). When not in use, it can be folded back on itself with one easy motion for space-saving. The easel is arranged for the application of optional accessories of Cappelletto for further storage space (easel trays ET-1, ET-2) and to provide a handy container (hanging colours boxes CA-4 and CA-6) to be applied by a simple joint system without screws.
